The City of Foley has an ordinance regulating dogs.  All dogs within the city are required to be licensed.  In order to obtain a license, the owner must present proof of vaccination and pay a license fee of $2.  Licenses are obtained annually at City Hall and are due May 1st of each year.

The City of Foley Code of Ordinances Section 1120 prohibits dogs from running at large within the city limits.  A copy of the ordinance is available by clicking here.
